Filthy Foreign Exchange by S.E. Hall & Angela Graham ~ 4.5 Stars

“New York Times bestselling authors Angela Graham and S.E. Hall have teamed up again to bring you a full-length, steamy new romance.

Echo Kelly is loyal to her studies, family, and aerial artistry. She has no time for or interest in anything else, and is heartbroken when her oldest brother, Sebastian, gets accepted to a study-abroad program— exchanging places with cocky, not-at-all-shy foreign exchange student Kingston Hawthorne.

Kingston Hawthorne had the life every twenty-year-old guy dreams of— endless cash, easy women, and fast cars— until his father ripped it all away, shipping him off to the States and placing him temptingly close to the underage virgin who fascinates him in the most challenging of ways.

With Kingston’s bedroom just a connecting bathroom away from Echo’s, the chemistry between them is even more enticing than the notes he leaves for her on the shower door.

How long can you pretend you’re just friends?”

WHOA !!! This is the first time I read Ms. Hall and Graham’s book and lets just say I have been missing out – big time!!! What a fun story this was – full of wicked banters that kept me laughing out loud with tears rolling down my face.

“Your vulgar remarks and observations about my body make me…uncomfortable”

Echo is shy, introverted, innocent and at the same time sassy and mature for an 18 years old senior. She focuses on aerial ribbon dancing, school and shies away from all drama. She is very close to her family, especially her brother Sebastian. Echo was heart-broken when her brother moved to England on an exchange program. But Echo does not have time to sulk too long because Kingston barged into her life unannounced and stirred up her Zeng.

“Kingston’s no more suited to be a priest than I am a showgirl”

Kingston comes from wealthy family – his father expects perfection from his son. So when Kingston apparently runs into some trouble with the law his father took everything away and shipped him to the US. He is supposed to live in a dorm but he ended up next door to Echo, where they share a bathroom. Kingston is a twenty-year old college student. He is used to money, woman, and fast cars. He is a smooth-talker, sexy, and with that a swoony English accent there is no shortage of women throwing themselves in his direction. But I have a feeling Kinston only has his eye on one person — but with Echo’s father giving an ultimatum he might lose a limb if he goes anywhere near her. Kingston can be obnoxious and vulgar toward Echo – he enjoys making her squirm, but I think deep down Kingston is caring and protective of Echo. I love the way they were leaving sweet, funny messages for each other on the bathroom mirror.

“Speeding? Is that a fancy word for doing drugs?”

The authors did such an awesome job with the banters between Kingston and Echo – it’s wicked, flirty, sexy and funny as hell. I had a smile on my face the whole time. The two have amazing chemistry…fun, light-hearted, flirty, angsty… any minute now they are going to jump each other’s bones. But all we get this time was the scorching hot kiss they shared. The rest I am afraid we will have to wait until Filthy Foreign Exchange the Conclusion, which thank god we don’t have to wait too long May 31, 2016. The book ended with Kingston being shipped back to England. Echo will graduate soon… I am thinking there will be a big reunion and I can hardly wait for the finale.

If you are looking for a high school/college romance, heart warming, innocent puppy love with hilarious banters – this is the book for you!!! I am thinking the next one will be super hot and sexy!!!! I am totally hooked – can’t wait for the continuation.
