Another awesome addition to the Odds are Good series. I love the setting in Alaska with magical sceneries, small town people, and adventures. It is all beautiful and you feel transported there. McKenna and Tanner love story is sweet and slow burn, opposite attract and fake dating/fiancé. McKenna had a difficult upbringing. She is in need of money to pay for her grandma’s assistance living. Tanner needs to lose a fatal attraction ex so he placed an ad looking for a fake fiancé in hope that his we will leave him alone. McKenna jumped at a chance since all expenses are paid for and by the end of summer she could pocket a lot of cash before heading back to Seatle. What she did not expect is too fall for Tanner. Their relationship is slow building and not without many ups and downs. McKenna don’t do relationships or love because the people supposed to love her always leave. Tanner just dodged a bullet with an ex and the last thing he wants is to jump in another relationship with someone. A friend with benefits arrangement would be best if they don’t risk their hearts. Easy said than done! ❤️
I love everything about this book – the romance, the magnificent setting. Gorgeous writing as always. I can not wait for possibly a start of a new series – Stewart’s siblings? Yes please! 🙏
