What an interesting introduction to this book  Emily wandered into an isolate desert to clear her head and unexpectedly ran into a hidden recording studio. A man mistook her for someone who was interviewing for a job touring with a rock band. She went with the flow … unfortunately bombed the job interview. Worse than that, she fumbled into the wrong bathroom and came face to face with a butt naked man who turned out to be the leading man (Emily had no idea 😊). Emily went home but to her dismay got a call that she got the job. Thinking to herself what is my life right now? She got nothing to lose so she accepted. Let the journey begins across the country with the hottest man on earth LOL 🙂 Tristan is not short of women falling at his feet but for some reason he wants to hang out with Emily sharing meals and conversions every chance he gets. Despite the age gap they got on really well. I was thinking how the age difference would pan out between these two, but the author did a good job with their relationship development. It was slow building from friends, flirting, into something more passionate. Their relationship is not short of challenges, a few roadblocks and a well-kept secret. Emily must come clean, deal with some ghosts in the past before they can have a happy ever after. Well, our hero is there for the ride. What a guy! Love this heartwarming love story. We have a little of everything – fun Rockstar, age gap forbidden romance, an unexpected twist, and plenty of heat. There are also great potential stories for several of Tristan’s band-mates. Can’t wait for what is next!!!
