Very cute and sweet modern fairy-tale. Kaitlyn’s father passed away and left his entire empire to Kaitlyn’s stepmother – the boss witch who hates Kaitlyn’s gut. On the eve after she was fired from her job (which she didn’t even get pay for) she attended the company Halloween party hosted by her father company co-CEO. Erza is sexy, handsome, successful, lovable boss. He is also the witch stepmother’s love interest. What did Kaitlyn in adversely do? Kiss the boss Erza and fled the night. Oops!! The perfect kiss that ruined Erza forever and he is determined to find out who the mystery woman is. I adore Kaitlyn. She has been through a lot with losing her father and was treated terribly by her stepmother. She is still strong, independent and with a pure heart. I love the instant chemistry between Kaitlyn and Erza. I like that the swoony hero is kind and persistent in getting what he wants but not in an arrogant way.

Overall, the story is fun, sweet, sexy and romantic with a touch of drama but the witch had it coming. An entertaining afternoon read – finished in one sitting.
