This was a perfect audio book for my short trip to Vegas. Going to the sin city listening to a very sinful book 😊 It was perfect. A light-hearted, second romance of two Hollywood heartthrobs. Tanner and Jenna were young lovers, a model and a rising star but their romance was short lived from one unfortunate misunderstanding. Jenna can’t see her future with all that will ensue being Hollywood’s hottest man’s wife so she bolted. Ten years later, Jenna scored a leading lady role in a major film but the kicker is Tanner will be her love interest. Jenna is not sure if she can face Tanner after all these years of hurt but she is determined to prove that she can be a professional and do her job regardless of whose lips she will be kissing. Tanner is a handsome, sexy Hollywood star but still single. There is a reason for that – he never got over his first love, not to mention he is angry that Jenna left seemingly out of the blue. However, they were both young and immature. Tanner did not try very hard to get Jenna back or resolve any misunderstandings. When Jenna realized her mistake, it was too late … Tanner already moved on with not one but two sexy women in his arms.

Normally, I am not a huge fan of Hollywood star romance but I love this one. Because of the nature of their break-up, there is plenty of angst and sexual tension going on. If you know Laurelin Paige at all, she writes fantastic sexual chemistry, scorching, steamy, passionate romance. Overall, I love the voice of Erin Mallon and Rupert Channing – intense and let’s not forget the sexy accent . The story is a nice combination of sweet and romantic. The plot is predictable, low drama but super fun and entertaining to listen to for a short drive.
