HOLY CATS! What a thrilling conclusion to the most intense, twisty duet I ever read. I normally go for the contemporary sappy romance but surprisingly I was hooked and consumed by this one. This author has a talent of using her words and stories to reel you in regardless of genres … After Bullseye I could not wait for book two and Monica did not disappoint. This duet cannot be summarized in a few paragraphs and even after reading the excerpt, it’s still clear as mud. It’s undeniably complicated and commands your full attention to details. You have to obviously read Bullseye first and after a huge cliffhanger ending, don’t expect a nice break in book two. Buckle up for a wild ride!!! Crazy twists and turns, tragedy, revenge, intense, heart stopping violent, betrayal – all wrapped up in one. Bull and Lily’s relationship and journey to freedom is nothing short of a roller coaster ride. Rules are broken, fear, chaos and mayhem but in the end their love survived and blossomed. Love the sweet sweet ending! If you are looking for something totally unique, jaw-dropping, dark, gritty, total mind-f sort of experience – this one is for you. Oh and let’s not forget pretty da*n beautifully written!!!
