A Curse of Blood and Stone is book 2 of Fate & Flame series. You will need to read Fate of Wrath & Flame first to know what is going on … trust me it is not a hardship. I don’t usually read fantasy type books, but this series is actually pretty phenomenal and addicting. Romeria’s former life and identify is now known to King Zander. Romeria, Zander and the legionaries are fleeing to another city since Zander’ brother overtook Islor. Zander is now at a crossroad – he is in love with Romeria, but his duty is to his people. Zander must do what is best for his kingdom even if that hurts Romeria and himself in the process. Zander must keep Romeria alive to use her power and affinities in order to win back his kingdom. Easy said than done, right? They are both struggling because the heart wants what it wants … Second book continue with plenty of actions, drama, magic, suspense and it kept me captivated from the beginning until the end. Once I started it was impossible to put it down. You will want to know what happens next knowing there is no ending in-sight 😊 Mini cliffhanger at the end – kind of like the end of a chapter but there much more to come. I really need book 3 like right now! I honestly amazed with this author’s imaginative mind. I mean I don’t know how she comes up with this kind of storyline – it’s like she came from another world herself 😊
