Super cute addition to the Polson Falls series. I like the small town romance. I like the brash and unapologetic heroine. Hero is a baby developer working for his uncle. Handsome, successful and with a heart of gold. Justine is squatting at her best friend’s house working in an appliance store while mending her heart. In coming Garrett looking for a new refrigerator and flirting up the storm with Justine. She thought what a perfect rebound but turned out he is not who he made himself out to be. Justine felt play so she planned her revenge to drive Garrett out of town with the tail between his leg. Well that back fired as all of Justine’s tactics was just foreplay to Garrett. Before long, they can’t help but sucked into each other vortex. I like small town story and all the shenanigans that came with it. Since this is an enemy-to-lover trope, the romance is slow going. I feel that the hero and heroine did not have that much interactions as I would have liked. It picked up nicely toward the last half though. Over all, super light-hearted, fun love story with a little bit of everything – sizzling banters, sassy heroine, forced proximity, angsty chemistry, and HEA.
