WHOA WHOA WHOA!!!! This book is all angst, teasing and flirting… and more angst. AHHH!!!! I did not expect the depth of the plot – it is so much more than what you expect from reading the little blurb. The story is deliciously sexy, funny, swoony. The relationship between the characters is an agonizing, slow burn, full of sexual tension. It was painful and delicious at the same time. I was seriously screaming at my kindle like a mad woman.

Marks Lingerie is in trouble. Trey needs a fresh set of eyes, a new vision to help his company thrive again. So he hires Kate for the job. Trey has a strict fraternization policy — there is absolutely no mixing business and pleasure. Too bad for Trey, Kate is ALL pleasure, and curves, and sexy so that it is impossible to resist. I love the alpha, dominant and kinky side of Trey. Although, I have to admit I was frustrated with Trey at times. I understood his reasons but 2 years of flirting and foreplay was agonizing. The man has got to suffer an unimaginably huge case of blue balls. I felt Trey string Kate along, test her limits and leave her hanging . I was screaming to my kindle: “OMG you sucked on her tits but won’t fuck her? WTF?????”. But I understand Kate had become one of Trey’s best friends. She is a smart business woman. They work well together and Trey does not want to ruin that friendship. I think resisting Kate and keeping the distance hurts Trey as much as it hurts her, especially because they have to watch each other move on with other partners. I adore the heroine. Kate is beautiful, talented, sexy, witty and loyal. She wears her heart on her sleeve and would do anything for Trey. I can’t help but root for her and Trey to finally toss out the rules. Will their friendships blossom into something more?

Love in Lingerie is a beautiful, sexy, passionate, heartwarming love story. The writing is exquisite – you just can’t go wrong with one of Alessandra Torre’s books period!!! Well written, well-paced, addictive. Gorgeous friend to lover romance. You will not be able to put it down.
